Processing time
Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days (not counting weekends/holidays). During drops, sales, or busy seasons, processing can take a little longer—because we’d rather do it right than rush it.

Shipping time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the best available options.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email (and/or SMS if you opted in). If tracking takes 24–48 hours to update, that’s normal—carriers move in mysterious ways.

Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Once a package is marked ā€œdeliveredā€ by the carrier, it’s officially in the wild. If yours goes missing, contact us and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.

  • If the carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
  • If the carrier confirms delivery, we may not be able to refund—but we’ll still try to help.

International orders
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees. Those costs are the customer’s responsibility.

30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Yes, your clothes can be worn.
We’re not here to interrogate your vibe. You can try it on, wear it, live in it a little.

Return eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in reasonable condition:

  • No major stains, rips, or damage
  • No strong odors (smoke, heavy fragrance, etc.)
  • Not excessively worn beyond normal try-on / casual wear

Full refunds
Eligible returns receive a full refund back to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items (if applicable)
Some items may be final sale. If something is final sale, it will be clearly marked on the product page. Examples may include:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Certain accessories (if you choose to restrict these)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@sidewalklaundry.com with:

    1. Your order number
    2. The item(s) you’re returning
    3. A quick reason (optional, but helpful)
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and review your return, we’ll issue your refund.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.

(If you don’t know yet, use Option A—it’s the simplest and most standard.)


Refund Timing

Refunds are issued once your return is received and reviewed (usually 3–5 business days after it arrives). After that, your bank/payment provider may take an additional 2–10 business days to post it.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us atĀ info@sidewalklaundry.commĀ within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We'll make it right.


Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size/color, the fastest route is:

  1. Return your item, and
  2. Place a new order for the correct one.
