📦Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During sales, drops, or peak chaos, it may take a bit longer.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Will I get tracking?
Yep. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link (and SMS if you opted in). Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to show movement.
My tracking hasn’t updated—am I doomed?
Probably not. Carriers sometimes go quiet before they suddenly teleport your package across states. Give it 48 hours, then reach out if it still looks stuck.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes—international shipping rates show at checkout. Duties/taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
My package says “Delivered” but it’s not here.
First: check around your delivery area, mailbox, building office, or neighbors. If it’s still missing, email us at info@sidewalklaundry.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.
I entered the wrong address—can you fix it?
If you catch it fast, maybe. Email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If it’s already shipped, we’ll do our best, but we can’t always intercept carrier routes.

What’s your return policy?
We have a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.
Can I return something I wore?
Yes. You can wear it. We’re not trying to trap you in buyer’s remorse.
What counts as “reasonable condition”?
Returned items should be free of major damage:
- No big stains or rips
- No strong odors (smoke, heavy fragrance, etc.)
- Not excessively worn beyond normal wear/try-on
How do I start a return?
Email info@sidewalklaundry.com with:
- Your order number
- What you’re returning
- A quick photo and reason for return. This helps us out a lot.
We'll reply with return instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and is reviewed (usually 3–5 business days), we issue the refund. Your bank/payment provider may take 2–10 business days to post it.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t do direct exchanges right now. The fastest route is:

📏Products & Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Check the Size Chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes:
- Go up for a looser fit
- Go down for a closer fit

Will it shrink?
Some shrinkage can happen if you wash hot or dry on high. For best results: wash cold, tumble dry low (or hang dry if you’re feeling responsible).
Are your items unisex?
Yes—our fits are designed to work across humans.
Do your colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best, but screens are liars. Slight color variation can happen depending on lighting and device settings.
Payments, Discounts, and Other Mysteries
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard checkout options shown at checkout (credit/debit, and any accelerated checkout options like Shop Pay/Apple Pay/PayPal if enabled).
Can I stack discount codes?
Usually, discount codes don’t stack. If you try, Shopify will pick the one that gives the best deal.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—free shipping on orders over $85 (auto-applied at checkout).
